Account Executive in Advertising Firm

If you didn’t ask me I also work in one advertising firm. I became an account executive and eventually became account executive supervisor. Work in advertising is not easy because all the time what we need to do is call clients and asks them if they want an ad space in our beautiful AD DIRECTORY that will be distributed to top 1000 corporation as reference. At first I was hesitant that it’s impossible to me to close a 200k deal thru phone. But I was wrong because in just one month I close an ex-deal account with a big real estate firm. When I became the supervisor I change my style instead of calling the clients one by one I make an incentive plan for my executive so that they will double their effort to get the incentive I was giving and I also contact ad agency that has different company because I was thinking that they might help us with our company.
