The Account Services
Sales is one of the most important aspect of a company. Advertising agency also have their own arm of sales and account management. The account executive is the one responsible for the transactions and meetings with clients, the coordination of the media, creative and production teams, updating the clients with the progress of the project, and keeping in touch with them to assure that the needs are being addressed.
Creative Services or Production
This is the team of people who have contacts with suppliers of creative media. They deal with negotiating prices, for example, of printing materials from a printing agency.
Other Personnel
This includes college interns, errand staff, research and analysis people, assisting staff and other personnel that are part of the group.
