Client Services Manager

One of busy communications agency in Rivonia requires a Client Services Manager to join its team. The key to a successful application is a previous client services and advertising agency experience. The Candidates must have a solid knowledge of print production and finishing processes. The Key responsibilities include: Prepare and process minutes from all client meetings within 24 hours and compile the creative brief; Creative briefing from the client and then to the Traffic Manager. On a few occasions direct briefing to creatives will be necessary; Submit quotations to clients and manage their accounts; Ensuring that all jobs are carried out according to the client’s specifications and deadlines and ensuring service and client satisfaction. Keeping the clients informed on the status of their jobs.
